Jimmy Butler's Injury Status vs. Grizzlies Revealed

The Memphis Grizzlies are looking for their second win of the season on Wednesday night when they take on the Miami Heat at home. Both teams have released their injury reports for this game, and heat star Jimmy Butler is listed as probable with right knee tendinitis.

The Heat list a lot of players on their injury report, even if they are available or probable, which is the case here with the Jimmy Butler. The likeliest scenario is that Butler suits up and plays in this game, but he is listed on the injury report.

As previously mentioned, the Grizzlies will be looking for their second win of the season in this game, as they have currently won just one game out of their first seven without Ja Morant. Memphis knew this season would be difficult having to be without their star point guard for the first 25 games, but they certainly did not envision a start this poor. That said, the Grizzlies did win their last game, and will look to build off that momentum when they take on Miami on Wednesday night.

While the Grizzlies of course do not have Ja Morant, they do have several players with the ability to step up and help them win a game. This was on full display in their last game against the Portland Trail Blazers, and it’s something they will look to build off of during this game against the Miami Heat.
