Here's a look at the potential dates for the second round games should the Miami Heat advance: 

The MIL/MIA vs CLE/NYK series will be played on:

  • April 30, May 2, 6, 8, 10, 12, 15
    • If both the Milwaukee vs Miami series and the Cleveland vs New York series finish in 5 games.

    OR

      • If either the Milwaukee vs Miami series or the Cleveland vs New York series finishes in 6 games but neither finishes in 7 games AND either the Memphis vs Lakers series or the Sacramento vs Golden State series finish in 6 or fewer games.
    • May 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 15
      • If either the Milwaukee vs Miami series or the Cleveland vs New York series finish in 7 games.
      • OR

        • If either the Milwaukee vs Miami series or the Cleveland vs New York series finishes in 6 games but neither finishes in 7 games AND both the Memphis vs Lakers series and the Sacramento vs Golden State series finish in 7 games.
