How Could The Miami Heat Acquire Joel Embiid?

In this story:
Philadelphia 76ers star Joel Embiid removed association with the team on social media, with some believing he could be wanting out. Amidst these rumors, trade scenarios are already being put in place for the reigning MVP. One of the frontrunners is the Miami Heat because of Embiid’s close relationship with Jimmy Butler.
Bleacher Report proposed the following trade scenario for the Heat to land Philly's star center, along with forwards P.J. Tucker and Furkan Korkmaz.
The Heat would get a superstar alongside Butler, something they have strived for since his arrival. However, there are many downsides to this trade.
Bleacher Report’s trade idea:

Miami Heat receive:
Joel Embiid
P.J. Tucker
Furkan Korkmaz
Philadelphia 76ers receive:
Bam Adebayo
Tyler Herro

Miami would be giving away Bam Adebayo and Tyler Herro, two players who are essential to their future success. Even for his inconsistency, Adebayo was their best player in the Finals against the Denver Nuggets. Herro's name has been flustered in trade rumors but he is still valuable to the team. Miami would only dish him out for someone that would grant them almost immediate success.
That leads to the next issue: postseason performance and availability. For the complaints about Adebayo's lack of aggressiveness and Herro's injuries, Embiid falls victim to these same factors. His injury history and playoff underperformances won't necessarily ensure the Heat upgrade.
But again, this is just a scenario in the heat of the moment. Embiid has not made any statements or trade requests...yet.
