At one point, Miami Heat forward Jimmy Butler played on four different teams in a span of two seasons.

Now, he wants stability.

In an interview with CGTN Sports Scene, Butler said he wants to end his career with the Heat. He spoke to the Chinese network during his recent tourn of China.

"I don't plan on playing for another team after the Miami Heat," Butler said. "I know that we are capable of doing this. I know that the team that coach Pat [Riley] and coach [Erik Spoelstra] put around me and my teammates, we're going to be fine. We're always going to have our opportunity. This year is our year. I really do believe that. We understand what it takes to get there. Now, we just have to get over that hump."

Butler has etched his name in Heat history during his four-year tenure. He's led them to two NBA Finals appearances while coming within a basket of making a third. The next step is winning a championship in Miami.

"The next time I'm talking to y'all here, I'll be a one-time NBA champion," Butler said.
