Miami Heat Reportedly Lose Out On Damian Lillard To Giannis Antetokounmpo Milwaukee Bucks

In this story:
After a nearly three-month chase, the Miami Heat have apparently lost out on Portland Trail Blazers guard Damian Lillard.
The Milwaukee Bucks and Blazers have reportedly agreed to trade terms according to ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski. The report said Lillard is part of a three-team trade, including the Phoenix Suns, that sends him to the Bucks.
It means the Heat will enter this season will most of last year's lineup that lost to the Denver Nuggets in the NBA Finals. The Heat were hoping the addition of Lillard would bolster their chances of winning another championship.

The Heat now will likely keep guard Tyler Herro, who was the centerpiece of trade talks for Lillard. Herro missed last year's playoff run after breaking his hand in the first round against the Bucks.
For the Heat, it's a double negative because they were in talks to land Bucks superstar Giannis Antetokounmpo if they were unable to trade Lillard. Now, the chances of Antetokounmpo are less likely because of their strong roster.
