Miami Heat forward Jimmy Butler is already playing like "Playoff Jimmy."

He's averaging 30 points, six rebounds and 4.3 assists on 61 percent shooting through three games. It's led to the Heat taking a 2-1 lead in the series against the team with the NBA's best record.

So what has to change for the Bucks? Here's what they said after Saturday's Game 3 loss:

Bucks guard Jrue Holiday: "Jimmy is going to be Jimmy. He knocked down some 3s. That definitely helped. He hit three in the first half, which is a bit uncharacteristic. He usually does a lot of things in the paint, everything in the paint or at the free throw line. Knocking down 3s like that definitely up lanes for him to drive and everything. I think another thing that I can do is keep him off the offensive and then back cuts. He got me a couple of times on back cuts.

Bucks forward Khris Middleton: "Just keep contesting his shots. He was 4-for-4 from 3, shot the ball well so give the credit to him on that. But I think for the most part we did an OK job. We just got to do better. That's it. That guy plays so random all over the place with the ball."

Bucks coach Mike Budenholzer: "The thing that stood out is he goes 4-for-4 from the 3-point line. He's a very good player. He kind of rose to the challenge. We've got to do the same thing going into the next game."

Game 4 is Monday in Miami.
