Sideline Moment Captures Why Golden State's Andre Igoudala, Miami Heat Captain Udonis Haslem Are Valuable Teammates

In this story:
Golden State Warriors second-year forward Jonathan Kumiga played only three minutes in Sunday's win against the Sacramento Kings.
At one point, the 20-yeaer-old was so frustrated and disappointed, he hid his head under a towel while sitting on the sideline. The first player to give him a pep talk was Warriors veteran Andre Iguodala.
The moment was captured on Twitter and showed why players like Iguodala and Miami Heat captain Udonis Haslem are so vital on NBA rosters.
Sucks to see Kuminga so upset. Only got to play 3 mins today and they weren’t the best. Hope it pushes him to turn it around next game. Rooting for you JK!

Like Haslem, Iguodala is among the league's oldest players. He turned 39 in January and is hardly the player who was once an All-Star. He averaged 14 minutes during the regular before a wrist injury ended his season in March. There is a small chance he returns if the Warriors make a deep postseason run but the video above explains why the value of true veterans is often underrated and unappreciated.
Haslem serves a similar role with the Heat. Both are more mentor than teammate.
