VIDEO: Check Out Tyler Herro’s Pro-Am Highlights, Including Big Block

Miami Heat guard Tyler Herro is constantly hearing his name in Damian Lillard trade talks.

It was at least good to see him back on the court in the Pro-Am League last night. Herro put up 44 points, including some impressive 3-pointers and a monster block.

Herro’s injury against the Milwaukee Bucks sidelined him since the start of the playoffs. The Heat’s Finals appearance without Herro made some believe he is dispensable, especially in pursuit of acquiring Portland Trail Blazers star Damian Lillard. He showed why he was so essential to the team during the season, even if it was against inferior competition. Here are some of Herro’s highlights from Friday:

As trade talks continue, Herro will likely be sent to another team for assets to give Portland. Ideally, he would be sent to the Brooklyn Nets for draft picks and possibly an additional player.

At least his new team can see some of what he brings to the table.
