The LeBron James-Dillon Brooks spilled into Game 3 of the Memphis Grizzlies-Los Angeles Lakers series.

The Lakers won 111-101 to take a 2-1 lead in the series but not before a Brooks-James incident. One game after Brooks trash-talked James by calling him "old," the two got into it again. This time, it was Brooks being ejected for apparently hitting James in the groin. The play was called a flagrant foul, causing officials to toss James.

Anthony Davis led the Lakers with 31 points and 17 rebounds while James had 25 points and nine rebounds. Ja Morant scored a game-high 45 points for the Grizzlies.

“I didn’t make a statement,” James said. “I’ve been doing this too long. I’m not making any statements. We had the opportunity to come home and play well on our home floor, and we did that. No statement was made. We just wanted to play well, and we got a win. I don’t need to make statements.”

-This is what the Phoenix Suns envisioned when they acquired Kevin Durant at midseason to pair him with Devin Booker.

The duo was quite the tandem in the Suns' 112-100 victory against the Los Angeles Clippers in Game 4 of their first-round series. Booker and Durant combined for 61 points, helping the Suns grab a 3-1 lead in the best-of-7 series.

Durant finished with 31 points, 11 rebounds and six assists while Booker had 30 points, nine rebounds and seven assists. It was arguably their most productive game as teammates.

The Suns are now one victory from closing out the Clippers, who played without Paul George and Kawhi Leonard because of injuries. The Clippers fell despite Russell Westbrook turning back the clock with 37 points.

Game 5 is Tuesday.
