Jazz Update Clarkson, Sexton's Status for Heat Matchup

In this story:
The Utah Jazz end their six-game road trip on Monday evening when they face the Miami Heat. Both teams will be missing key contributors heading into the contest.
Jazz shooting guard Jordan Clarkson (hand) is listed as questionable, while Colin Sexton (hamstring) will miss his 10th straight contest. As for the Heat, Kyle Lowry (knee) and Caleb Martin (knee) are questionable, while Cody Zeller (nose) and Duncan Robinson (safety protocols) are out.
The Jazz are still in the hunt for a playoff berth, with only 14 games left in the season. Currently, Utah has a handle on the No. 9 seed in a congested Western Conference, but it will be a slippery slope the rest of the way. The Jazz are only one game behind the No. 6 seed while being two games removed from No. 13.
Utah is starting a rough patch in terms of its schedule today, as the next six out of seven games will be against teams with a winning record. Getting Clarkson and Sexton back sooner rather than later will be key if Utah wants to stay in the thick of it.
The Jazz will most likely need to win at least eight of their last 14 games with the deck stacked against them. According to Tankathon.com, the Jazz have the toughest remaining schedule in the NBA, with their opponents winning games at a 55.7% clip.
Utah enters into Monday’s contest as a seven-point underdog. Tip-off is at 5:30 pm MDT.
