The Magic Insider lists five of the biggest NBA storylines in addition to relevant Orlando Magic news and analysis.

In this story:

1. MAGIC CLUTCH IN WIN VS. PELICANS

"No. 1 overall pick Paolo Banchero, who finished the game with a game-high 29 points, hit three crucial shots in the final four minutes to ice the contest for the Magic, while stout defensive efforts on the other end helped seal the deal."

2. LEBRON HURT

After helping the Los Angeles Lakers erase a 27-point deficit in a 111-108 comeback win over the Dallas Mavericks on Sunday, The Athletic is reporting that LeBron James is set to miss "multiple weeks" with a foot injury he suffered during the game.

"Miraculously" seems to be slightly dramatic wording at first glance, but then again, it must take a significant injury to keep the NBA's all-time leading scorer sidelined for multiple weeks when the Lakers are trying to climb back within play-in tournament range in the Western Conference.

With only about 20 games remaining, "multiple weeks" could translate into being "the rest of the regular season" before it's all said and done. If that's the case, the Lakers' postseason hopes have officially been put on live support.

3. LAMELO BALL OUT; MISS GAME VS. MAGIC?

Charlotte Hornets point guard LaMelo Ball fractured his ankle in Monday night's win against the Detroit Pistons.

Ball has been ruled out for Wednesday's game against the Phoenix Suns, but could miss more time, including Friday's contest against the Magic.

4. TUESDAY'S GAMES

5. NEXT MAGIC GAME

The Magic will return to the court tomorrow night at home against the Milwaukee Bucks at 7:00 p.m. You can watch in-market on Bally Sports Florida or out-of-market on NBA League Pass.
