Magic Starting 5: Bol Bol Signs with Suns

In this story:
1. SUNS SIGN BOL BOL "Now, Bol joins the Suns and has an opportunity to contribute off the bench for a team with serious contending aspirations this season."
2. MAGIC, SUNS MAKE SMALL TRADE The Orlando Magic is making a shrewd move on the trade market.
According to ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski, the Magic is trading three future second-round picks to the Phoenix Suns for a 2026 first-round pick swap.
The Suns, replenished from second-round picks after trading for Bradley Beal earlier this offseason, have been looking to add some back. The Magic, not needing as many late selections in the draft, is consolidating those in order to get a pick swap, which Orlando hopes could be significant in 2026 when the Suns' contention window could be behind them.
3. AB's GOALS "It's been super fun," Black said. "Really just coming out here for the team, we've known each other for a couple of weeks, so coming out to Vegas to play again has been really fun."
4. SUGGS EXCITING MAGIC "Still excited about everything Jalen Suggs can be," an anonymous executive told Spotrac's Keith Smith. "He’s got all the talent, just has to stay healthy long enough to put it all together for more than a four- or five-game stretch.”
5. SUMMER LEAGUE CHAMPIONSHIP TONIGHT The Houston Rockets and Cleveland Cavaliers put their perfect 5-0 records on the line tonight in the Las Vegas Summer League championship game. Tipoff is scheduled for 9 p.m. on ESPN.
