Magic Starting 5: Bronny James Compared to Orlando Veteran

In this story:
1. BRONNY JAMES PRO PLAYER COMPARISON
"He’s a good athlete with tremendous leaping ability, he has a nice-looking jump shot with his feet set and he knows how to play," The Athletic writes. "At this time he is not much of a threat to make plays as a ballhandler and he’s a bit undersized for a shooting guard.
"As a prospect, he reminds me a lot of Gary Harris, and I think he’d be looking at a somewhat similar trajectory as a 3-and-D shooting guard."
2. JONATHAN ISAAC TRADE TO PACERS?
"Isaac is set to make $34.8 million across the next two seasons, but only $7.6 million is guaranteed," Bleacher Report writes. "Indiana is in a position to take a flier, even if we're all justified in looking at Isaac's intention to be ready for the start of 2023-24 skeptically. Ultimately, the potential payoff makes the risk worthwhile."
3. BANCHERO NAMED ROY FINALIST
The Orlando Magic could be bringing home some hardware.
The NBA announced its finalists for annual awards and listed Magic forward Paolo Banchero, Utah Jazz big man Walker Kessler and Oklahoma City Thunder wing Jalen Williams as the Rookie of the Year candidates.
Banchero averaged 20 points, 6.9 rebounds and 3.7 assists per game this season.

Golden State Warriors vs. Sacramento Kings, 9:30 p.m., TNT (Kings lead 1-0)
