In this story:

1. DWIGHT NOT SIGNING WITH WARRIORS "The Warriors are not expected to sign Dwight Howard or another veteran center ahead of training camp, sources tell me," Charania said in a video. "Howard had a two-day visit with the Warriors this week that included meetings and workouts, but the Warriors are expected now to maintain flexibility to sign a potential big man later in camp or into the regular season.

2. COLE TRADE COMING? "I think they move Anthony, maybe even before the season. But I don't think they extend him," one player agent told Bleacher Report.

3. MOSLEY PRAISES BRUNSON "He wants to be the first in the gym, and he wants to be the last out," Mosley said via HoopsHype. "He has a special ability and passion for playing and competing that I think people don’t appreciate because he comes off like a true professional, but there’s a killer walking in there."

4. JORDAN VS. PIPPEN? "In an ironic twist of fate, Jordan is cast alongside his girlfriend, Larsa Pippen, who is Scottie Pippen's ex-wife.

"Jordan and Pippen, who stars on the "Real Housewives of Miami," are part of a 21-person cast that consists mostly of reality stars and celebrities. The cast also includes boxer Deontay Wilder and UK Parliament member John Bercow."

5. ALL-STAR PAOLO BANCHERO? "Now, like Joel Embiid, Luka Doncic, and Zion Williamson before him – each of whom averaged 20 points as a rookie – Banchero can shoot for an All-Star berth in Year 2," NBA.com writes. "That, more involved defense and leadership could help the Magic reach the playoffs."
