Only focused on basketball, Jokic is not concerned with social media. The Nuggets star kept his answer short, but it certainly makes sense. While social media is a useful tool for some, it can certainly become a distraction. For NBA players, it can also become the source of a lot of unnecessary negativity.
While he is not active on social media, Jokic has a bigger personality than many people realize. Always making reporters laugh in his postgame media sessions, Jokic has a strong sense of humor that he often taps into at the podium.
Headed to his first NBA Finals, Jokic has led this Nuggets team for a while, and now has them four wins from a championship. The individual accolades have been stacking up for Jokic over the last several seasons, but he is now only concerned with winning a championship at this point in his career.
The Nuggets are currently awaiting the completion of the Eastern Conference Finals between the Miami Heat and Boston Celtics to find out who their opponent will be in the NBA Finals. Led by Jokic, Denver feels good about their chances against anybody.
