Denver Nuggets star Jamal Murray was revealed to be an 84 overall in NBA 2K24, and cannot believe he was rated so low. Sharing his reaction on Twitter, Murray asked how it's possible he ended up with that rating:

NBA 2K ratings are something that fans and players both care a lot about. Ronnie Singh, also knows as Ronnie2K and the face of the game, acknowledged this in an exclusive interview last season after Klay Thompson complained about his three-point rating in the game. "I think it's a badge of honor for those guys. Something they definitely talk about in the locker room," Singh said.

As for Jamal Murray, he definitely deserves to be higher than an 84 overall. With several point guards ranked ahead of him, Murray should not be below players he outperformed on the biggest stage last season. While these ratings account for more than just postseason play, Murray has proven the ability to be amongst the NBA's best point guards when it matters most.

What is fun about these ratings, is that they get updates as the season goes along. While Murray is not pleased with where his rating sits currently, he will have the opportunity to raise it with his performance next season. Now stamped as an NBA champion, Murray believes he should be rated higher in 2K, but fans of the game know how elite he is.
