Facing a battle-tested New York Knicks team in front of a raucous Madison Square Garden crowd, the Indiana Pacers rode a lights-out first-half performance to take down New York, 130–109, in Sunday's Game 7 of the Eastern Conference semifinals series.

Six players finished in double figures for the Pacers, who will now advance to the Eastern Conference finals for the first time since 2014.

All-Star point guard Tyrese Haliburton led Indiana with 26 points. The Pacers shot 67.1% from the field, spearheaded by a 76% showing in the first half—the highest in a half in the past 25 years, according to ESPN Stats & Info.

The Knicks, set back by injuries all postseason, suffered another blow when star point guard Jalen Brunson broke his left hand during the second half. New York was led by guard Dante DiVincenzo, who led all scorers with 39 points. Guard Alec Burks had 26 points off the bench.

The Pacers will play the Boston Celtics in the next round, with Game 1 scheduled for Tuesday at 8 p.m. ET in Boston.
