Indiana Pacers vs Detroit Pistons: Aaron Nesmith is out, final injury report, official starting lineups for February 22
The Indiana Pacers return to action tonight after the All-Star break with a home tilt against the Detroit Pistons. Both teams haven't played since Valentines Day and will be refreshed after a gap in duels.
The Pistons made several transactions on Thursday and learned that big man Isaiah Stewart will be suspended for the next three games, including tonight. They will have a new look for this outing. The Pacers, meanwhile, are getting healthier but will be missing a key starter.

The Pacers will be without Aaron Nesmith (right ankle sprain). Jalen Smith was listed as questionable but is available to play. Isaiah Wong is inactive as a part of his two-way contract.
