The New Orleans Pelicans signed three undrafted rookies following the 2023 NBA Draft. Rory Maher of Hoop Rumors wrote that Jake Weingarten of Stockrisers.com, Jon Chepkevich of DraftExpress.com, and Michael Scotto of Hoopshype first reported the undrafted signings for the Pelicans.

Landers Nolley II, Shooting Guard / Small Forward

COLLEGE: Cincinnati Bearcats
HEIGHT: 6-7

During the most recent season, Nolley played remarkably well while being recognized with All-AAC first-team honors. He averaged 16.8 points, 5.8 rebounds, and 2.6 assists per game while also starting every game and showcasing impressive three-point shooting skills (41.7% on 6.8 attempts per game), making it one of the best seasons in the program's history.

On Jun. 3, Pelicans Scoop reported Nolley visited with the New Orleans Pelicans for a private workout.

Liam Robbins, Forward

COLLEGE: Vanderbilt
HEIGHT: 7-0

In his final season with the Commodores, Robbins, the 7-foot center averaged 15 points, 6.8 rebounds, and 3.15 blocks per game. As a result, he was named First Team All-SEC and the SEC Defensive Player of the Year.

Tevian Jones, Guard

COLLEGE: Southern Utah
HEIGHT: 6-6

Jones was the leading scorer for the Thunderbirds in 36 games, averaging 17.8 points per game and ranking fourth in the WAC. His free throw percentage was 84.4%, ranking third in the conference. Jones scored a was named to the WAC First-Team All-Conference.
