PHOENIX -- The Phoenix Suns will welcome back Grayson Allen to the starting lineup tonight against the Minnesota Timberwolves, as confirmed by coach Frank Vogel.

Allen had previously missed Wednesday's win over the Cleveland Cavaliers with hip soreness. After telling reporters on Thursday Allen wasn't going to miss much time, the Suns made him probable on their official injury report.

Allen is currently the NBA's leading three-point shooter at 46.9% with 13.4 points averaged per night to go along with 3.8 rebounds and 3.1 assists to pair.

Only Jusuf Nurkic has started more games than Allen. Nurkic entered today's action as questionable vs Minnesota with calf soreness. Damion Lee was the only other Phoenix player listed on the injury report as he remains out after having meniscus surgery earlier in training camp.

For Minnesota, the Timberwolves are gaining guard Mike Conley back to the lineup tonight after a day off on Wednesday. Karl-Anthony Towns is still out after tearing his meniscus but is rumored to potentially return prior to the end of the regular season. Jaylen Clark hasn't played all year with his achilles rupture.

Suns-Wolves will begin action at just past 7:00 PM Arizona time. The Timberwolves are currently the West's top seed while Phoenix is No. 6 in the standings.
