MAR 18 BARLOW TO AUSTIN, WILL MISS GAME VS. MAVS The San Antonio Spurs are traveling back home from Austin, but Dom Barlow is staying in the state capital.

The team announced that Barlow would be out for Tuesday's game against the Dallas Mavericks while he's on assignment with the Spurs.

Tipoff between the Mavs and Spurs is set for 7 p.m. CT.

MAR 14 KELDON RETURNING VS. NUGGETS San Antonio Spurs forward Keldon Johnson will be back in the lineup soon.

Johnson, who missed Tuesday's game against the Houston Rockets with an illness, was not listed on the injury report ahead of Friday's contest against the Denver Nuggets.

Tipoff between the Nuggets and Spurs is set for 7:30 p.m. CT.

MAR 8 WEMBY, OSMAN OUT VS. WARRIORS The San Antonio Spurs will remain without Victor Wembanyama as he nurses his ankle injury.

The Spurs announced their injury report ahead of their game against the Golden State Warriors on Saturday, and Wembanyama will miss his second consecutive game.

The Spurs and Warriors are set to tip off on Saturday at 7:30 p.m. CT.

FEB 12 MORRIS OUT VS. RAPTORS San Antonio Spurs forward Marcus Morris has still yet to join the team after being traded on Thursday.

Morris was part of the three-team deal with the Philadelphia 76ers and Indiana Pacers that saw the Spurs say goodbye to Doug McDermott.

Morris isn't expected to play for the Spurs and will likely agree to a buyout before March 1, the deadline for players to be playoff eligible on the open market.

JAN 28 COLLINS QUESTIONABLE VS. WIZ San Antonio Spurs big man Zach Collins could be back in the lineup soon. The team announced that Collins is questionable for Monday's game against the Washington Wizards.

Collins was ruled out of Saturday's second half of a back-to-back against the Minnesota Timberwolves, but things could be looking up for him.

The Spurs and Wizards are set to tip off at 7 p.m. CT on Monday.

JAN 13 WEMBY OUT VS. BULLS The San Antonio Spurs look to make it three straight wins tonight, but they will have to do so without their best player.

Spurs rookie Victor Wembanyama has been ruled out for tonight's game against the Chicago Bulls in order to rest him for the back-to-back.

Wembanyama hurt his ankle last month, and since then, he's been limited to just one game in back-to-backs.

The Bulls and Spurs are set to tip off at 7:30 p.m. CT.

JAN 12 BALL BACK VS. SPURS The San Antonio Spurs will see the return of one of the league's best young guards tonight.

According to ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski, Charlotte Hornets guard LaMelo Ball will make his return tonight against the Spurs.

Tipoff between the two teams is set for 7 p.m. CT inside Frost Bank Center.

JAN 9 CADE CUNNINGHAM IS OUT 7-10 DAYS The Detroit Pistons will be without point guard Cade Cunningham for at least a week, per The Athletic's Shams Charania. Cunningham suffered a knee injury in Detroit's loss to Denver.

The San Antonio Spurs travel to Detroit on Wednesday to take on the Pistons and should be heavily favored with the absence of Cunningham.

JAN 2 SPURS APPLY FOR DPE The San Antonio Spurs are trying to exhaust every resource they can.

According to ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski, the Spurs are applying for a disabled player exception (DPE) after center Charles Bassey tore his ACL and has been ruled out for the rest of the season.

Spotrac's Keith Smith explained the meaning of the DPE and why the Spurs are applying for it.

"The DPE will be worth $1.3M, if granted," Smith tweeted. "It can be used through March 10. Basically, a case of putting a tool in the toolbox, even if you might not end up needing it."
