Spurs vs. Thunder GAMEDAY Preview: How to Watch, Betting Odds

In this story:
The San Antonio Spurs (2-2) are wrapping up their Las Vegas Summer League showcase this evening against the Oklahoma City Thunder (2-2).
While this could have been a matchup between two of the league's potential rising stars in Victor Wembanyama and Chet Holmgren, neither will suit up in this finale. Instead, each team will feature some players expected to make an impact either in the G League or on two-way contracts.
The Thunder's last Summer League contest, a loss on Friday to the Washington Wizards, saw them play a slew of first-round picks, including last year's Ousmane Dieng and TyTy Washington, and this year's No. 10 overall selection Cason Wallace.
The Spurs are expected to trot out a few players of their own that should play at some point this season, including second-year pros Blake Wesley and Dominick Barlow, second-round pick Sidy Cissoko and two-way signee Sir'Jabari Rice.
Rice, who made his debut in Friday's loss against the Detroit Pistons, is looking to capitalize from his solid showing in his first appearance.
"He's definitely crafty," Spurs Summer League coach Matt Nielsen said about Rice. "He finds ways to put the defense under pressure. And he's a good teammate, very communicative. He was like that when he wasn't playing. He's a good all-around basketball player and a good teammate."
