Spurs Fiesta 5: Celtics' Grant Williams to San Antonio?

In this story:
1. CELTICS' GRANT WILLIAMS TO SPURS? "San Antonio would be interesting," Bontemps said on Brian Windhorst's podcast. "I could see him playing next to Victor. A team like that, maybe you come in and bid a little extra for an RFA like that."
2. BATES-DIOP FA INTEREST "Bates-Diop, 27, averaged 9.7 points, 3.7 rebounds on 50 percent shooting, which all mark either the highest or the second-highest numbers of his career."
3. COLLINS TRADE HELPS SPURS "Keep an eye on that situation because guess who's got a bunch of their draft capital in the coming years? That's right, San Antonio. The Spurs own Atlanta's first round picks in 2025 and 2027, and they also own the right to swap firsts in 2026. Hey Atlanta, tank baby, tank!"
4. NO VIC AT CALIFORNIA CLASSIC Wembanyama will not be listed on the California Classic roster, but he is expected to join the team at the Las Vegas Summer League. It remains to be seen whether or not the No. 1 overall pick will play in any games for the Spurs.
5. SUMMER LEAGUE COUNTDOWN The San Antonio Spurs are three days away from their first Summer League game at the California Classic in Sacramento.
Their first game against the Charlotte Hornets is on July 3 at 7 p.m. CT.
