When considering the Oklahoma City Thunder is a small market, the draft is the primary path to building a successful team. While GM Sam Presti has quite a few picks to leverage moving forward, that hasn't always been the case.
Since the team relocated to Oklahoma City, several future Hall of Famers have been selected to the franchise. There's no question the Thunder's talent evaluation team is one of the best. There's also been just as many picks that haven't ended up working at all.
