The Oklahoma City Thunder have earn win No. 60 on March 25 in Sacramento. The OKC Thunder have already clinched the No. 1 seed in the Western Conference, the Northwest Divsion and of course, a playoff spot in what has been a fantastic 2024-25 campaign.

This win over the Kings matches the Thunder's franchise-best mark dating back to the 2012-13 season when the Thunder went 60-22 under Scott Brooks.

The closest the Bricktown Ballers got to the 60-win mark after that season was the following campaign when the team turned in 59 wins. Oklahoma City rattled off 57 victories a year ago en route to the No. 1 overall seed in the Western Conference.

At 60-12, the Oklahoma City Thunder just need one more win to secure a new franchise best record. This win extends its franchise record for most consecutive road wins which now sits at 11.

This Thunder team is a historically great one in the regular season and it has made them a popular pick to make the NBA Finals despite being the second youngest No. 1 seed in league history behind just last year's OKC squad.

This was a hard fought win for Oklahoma City as they had to cling to its lead after a messy third frame that saw the Kings more than slice into its once 24 point lead. OKC eventually pulled away in the fourth quarter and pulled off a 121-105.

Up next, the Oklahoma City Thunder will return home for its last elongated home stand of the season beginning on Thursday as they play host to the Memphis Grizzlies in hopes of extending this seven game winning streak.
