Thunder Gameday: Heading to Phoenix to Take on Surging Suns

In this story:
The Oklahoma City Thunder have won three-straight games as they head to Phoenix tonight to take on the Suns. With that in mind, they’re on the second night of a back-to-back and will be missing key players. On the flip side, the Suns haven’t played since Sunday and should be well rested.
What will OKC have to do in order to come out on top?
ODDS:
The Thunder enter the day as 12.5-point underdogs to the Suns, and the total over/under is 232 points.
KEYS TO THE GAME:
Oklahoma City will be without Jalen Williams (wrist injury) and Shai Gilgeous-Alexander (injury management) in this game. That’s a huge blow to the Thunder offense, so players like Isaiah Joe and Lu Dort will need to step up. Furthermore, Josh Giddey will need to facilitate the offense, as he comes off a 17-assist performance.
Since the trade deadline, the Suns are arguably the best team in the Western Conference on paper. Combine that with the Thunder being the youngest team in NBA history and the shorthanded roster, and it’s easy to see why Phoenix is a heavy favorite tonight.
