Andre Roberson returns to court with Thunder after being sidelined for 30 months
Andre Roberson returned to competitive basketball for the first time in 30 months when he checked in to the Thunder’s exhibition game against the Celtics Friday.

Roberson, who was once a key role player on Oklahoma City’s contending teams alongside Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook, had last played in January of 2018, when he left a game with a ruptured patella tendon.
909 days. That’s how long it’s been since André Roberson last set foot on a basketball court. On Friday, Roberson made his long-awaited return in a scrimmage game against the Boston Celtics in the Thunder’s first game back since the season was suspended. https://t.co/VnX121ovqi pic.twitter.com/SmAVo7nvlb

He has spent the last two and a half years recovering from that injury and subsequent setbacks.
"I just want to thank everybody, Oklahoma City and fans all around the world for sticking with me and supporting me through this whole journey."
