Shocking Story of Warriors Rookie Calling Out Draymond Green

In this story:
Not only is Golden State Warriors rookie Brandin Podziemski starting and closing games for Steve Kerr, but he has emerged as an unexpected vocal leader among a team of NBA legends. In a recent article from Anthony Slater of The Athletic, a shocking story was revealed of the time Podziemski called out Draymond Green in practice.
Detailing a story of when Podziemski was on Green's team for a ramp-up scrimmage prior to Green's return from injury, Slater said Green turned the ball over to lose the game, and Podziemski said, "We can’t have a turnover for game! You cannot turn the ball over for game."
Slater added, "Green was stunned. They’ve had rookies who barely say a word to him the entire season."
While this was of course unexpected for Green, he didn't have an issue with it, telling Slater, "I was like, ‘OK, cool, you got it. No problem.' Here we are playing a pick-up game, a game to get me ready and he’s yelling at me. That to me said a whole lot. I was like, ‘You know what? No problem. But make sure you speak up like that all the time.'"
With a lot of respect for Podziemski and what he brings on and off the court, Green took no issue with being called out by the rookie guard.
