Every time it seems like the Golden State Warriors are about to find their footing, the team takes one step forward and then two steps backward. Last night against the Oklahoma City Thunder was the perfect example of that. Simply put, the Warriors lack urgency - Draymond Green agrees.

After the Warriors' heartbreaking loss against the Thunder last night, Green was very candid about the team's lack of urgency.

"I don't feel the urgency we need to have and that's on me," Green said. "I'll be better with that, making sure guys have the urgency that they need, but it hasn't been there. You can't claim to lead in that department when it's going well and not lead when it's not going well. So I take that on the chin and I've got to make sure this team plays with a better sense of urgency and I will."

For a championship team with a losing record, the Warriors need to start figuring out a way to string together some wins. The team started 6-2 and has now since become 10-12, going 4-10 ever since. It's getting to a point where even Steph Curry is getting fed up.

"I don't know, man. We've got to figure out how to stop talking about it and do it or else you'll be into the new year with the same problem," Curry said. "Whatever it is, if it's in our control we've got to do it if we're going to be any type of a serious team."

It doesn't get any easier for the Warriors though, because they have the Phoenix Suns and LA Clippers coming up next week. The time to get serious is now.
