Former Texas A&M star Johnny Manziel had the football world buzzing on Thursday afternoon following an impressive pro day performance in front of 30 of the 32 NFL teams. Manziel went through a scripted workout for scouts, coaches and general managers from around the league that also caught the attention of a pair of superstar professional athletes and a former president.
The 2012 Heisman Trophy winner has yet to play a down in the NFL, but ringing endorsements from LeBron James and Michael Vick suggest that Manziel is already a star.
Johnny Manziel will be a star in the NFL. I can't wait to watch him play!!!!

Nike capitalized on the attention Manziel's pro day generated by immediately placing a "Johnny Manziel Pro Day" section in the online Nike Shop.

If that wasn't enough, Manziel hung out with former president George H.W. Bush, who showed up at Texas A&M's indoor facility on a golf cart to take in the workout with his wife Barbara and the family dogs.
