Pittsburgh Steelers release depth chart: Markus Wheaton starts at WR

The Steelers released their first depth chart of the preseason August 3, ahead of their August 9 preseason opener against the Giants.

Le'Veon Bell is listed as the starting running back after leading the team in rushing a year ago. 

Antonio Brown nabs one of the starting wide receiver spots, but in the absence of Emmanuel Sanders, who signed with the Broncos in free agency, second-year player Markus Wheaton gets the other receiver spot. 

Defensive lineman Cam Thomas, who was sued for alleged domestic abuse, is starting at defensive end.
