Houston Texans coach Bill O'Brien said Tuesday that the Broncos look like a Super Bowl-caliber team, according to a report from Brian Smith of the Houston Chronicle.

Tuesday marked the first of three days of joint practices between the two teams in the lead up to Saturday's preseason game in Denver.

O’Brien said the Broncos’ Super Bowl-caliber was on display on Day One.

“They look like the same type of team,” he said. “This is a really good football team, a lot of depth. Some really proven veterans on both sides of the ball.”

The Texans finished with an NFL-low two wins in 2013, while the Broncos went 13-3 in the regular season before falling to the Seahawks in the Super Bowl.

The Broncos made several notable additions in the offseason, including cornerback Aqib Talib, safety T.J. Ward and outside linebacker DeMarcus Ware.
