Green Bay also hosts NFC North rival Minnesota on Oct. 2 on Thursday Night Football. The Seahawks will play their second Thursday night game of the year on Thanksgiving when they face the 49ers in San Francisco, a rematch of last year's NFC Championship.

Though the opening game of the year is on NBC, most Thursday night contests are on NFL Network. The first seven NFL Network contests will also be broadcast on CBS. NBC will also televise the Thanksgiving night game between the Seahawks and 49ers.
