Tennessee Titans starting linebacker Zach Brown tore his pectoral muscle and could miss the rest of the season, coach Ken Whisenhunt announced on Monday.

Brown suffered the injury during the first quarter of Sunday's win over the Kansas City Chiefs and was replaced by Zaviar Gooden.

Undrafted wideout Allen Hurns breaks out as Jags' upset attempt falls short

Brown, 24, recorded 140 tackles and 9.5 sacks in 32 games over the last two seasons with the Titans. The Titans drafted him in the second round out of North Carolina in 2012.

Tennessee hosts the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday.
