DT Ndamukong Suh will not re-sign with the Detroit Lions, reports ESPN's Adam Schefter.
A quarter way through season, the Lions are preparing to lose free-agent-to-be DT Ndamukong Suh and he is preparing to move on, per sources.— Adam Schefter (@AdamSchefter) September 28, 2014
In five seasons with the Lions, Suh has been one of the most dominant defensive tackles in the league, racking up 143 solo tackles and 28.5 sacks. However, Suh's career has been marred by controversy on the field, due to his aggressive style of play. In 2012, the Nebraska alum was voted the NFL's dirtiest player by fellow players.
This season, Suh has seven tackles and one sack for the Lions.
