Cincinnati Bengals linebacker Vontaze Burfict and defensive back Leon Hall have been ruled out for Thursday's game against the Cleveland Browns, according to Paul Dehner Jr. of the Cincinnati Enquirer.

Burfict had arthroscopic knee surgery a week ago and will miss his second straight game. He also missed time this season due to concussions and a neck injury.

Hall sustained a concussion against the Jaguars on Sunday and is in the NFL's concussion protocol this week. Cincinnati running back Giovani Bernard is doubtful against Cleveland after missing last week's game due to a hip injury.

Browns wide receiver Andrew Hawkins will be a game-time decision on Thursday and is questionable due to a knee/thigh injury, according to The Plain Dealer. Cleveland has already ruled out tight end Jordan Cameron and safety Johnson Bademosi due to concussions.

The Bengals (5-2-1) host the Browns (5-3) at Paul Brown Stadium on Thursday.
