New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady said he felt "blessed" after he won his fourth Super Bowl title on Sunday.

Brady was named Super Bowl MVP after completing 37-of-50 passes for 328 yards with four touchdowns and two interceptions in leading the Patriots to a 28-24 win over the Seattle Seahawks. Brady's 37 completions set a Super Bowl record.

“It’s incredible to experience this feeling once, and I’ve been fortunate to be on really great teams,” he said in his postgame news conference, according to the Boston Globe. “I’m very blessed.”

Brady credited his team's mental strength for allowing the Patriots to rally from 10 points down in the fourth quarter.

“It wasn’t the way we drew it up. Certainly throwing a couple picks didn’t help,” he said, according to the Globe. “A lot of mental toughness. Our team has had it all year. We never doubted each other. That’s what it took. That was a great football team we beat.”

The Patriots won the game after Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson was intercepted at the goal line with less than 25 seconds remaining. New England took the lead late in the fourth quarter when Brady threw a three-yard touchdown to Julian Edelman.
