Browns 'proud' of Johnny Manziel's decision to enter rehab

The Cleveland Browns are 'proud' of quarterback Johnny Manziel's decision to enter a treatment facility, head coach Mike Pettine told reporters Wednesday.
Manziel entered treatment in late January, his adviser, Brad Beckworth, said earlier this month. Beckworth did not say why Manziel was seeking treatment.
Pettine also said that he visited Manziel at the facility.

Manziel's off-field behavior has been a source of criticism since he was in college. Manziel's father, Paul, told ESPN's Wright Thompson in July 2013 that he believes his son drinks to deal with stress.
