The Browns have 10 draft picks at their disposal heading into the 2015 NFL draft in Chicago, including two first-round picks.
Cleveland began last season 7–4 before losing its final five games, missing the playoffs and finishing in last place in the AFC North division.
This off-season, the Browns signed cornerback Tramon Williams, wide receivers Brian Hartline and Dwayne Bowe, quarterback Josh McCown and defensive tackle Randy Starks. The Browns also re-signed defensive lineman John Hughes but did not agree to terms with tight end Jordan Cameron or cornerback Buster Skrine.
On Wednesday, ESPN reported that the Browns offered two first-round picks to the Titans for the No. 2 overall pick. The team would purportedly select Marcus Mariota with that pick.
