New York Jets cornerback Antonio Cromartietold on ESPN that he does not believe New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady should be suspended for Deflategate.

Cromartie said a $25,000 fine would be enough for the New England Patriots quarterback.

Brady is 20-6 in his career against AFC East foe New York. Last season, the Patriots won both matchups against the Jets, with Brady throwing for four touchdowns and one interception.

Cromartie, who signed with New York in the offseason, is no stranger to Brady, having played him 12 times in the regular season and playoffs as a member of the Chargers as well as during his first stint with the Jets.

Cromartie's teams are 3-9 against Brady, and he's recorded three interceptions in those games.

Brady was suspended for four games in May for his role in the Patriots' Deflategate scandal. He appealed the suspension in June, but it was upheld in July.

The NFL has asked for the suspension to be confirmed in a New York federal court.
