The Cleveland Browns and New York Jets open their NFL seasons on Sunday at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, N.J.

The Browns and Jets are both looking to turn things around after both missing the playoffs last season. The New York Jets posted a 4–12 record to finish fourth in the AFC East. The team fired head coach Rex Ryan after the season and replaced him with former Cardinals defensive coordinator Todd Bowles.

The Browns posted a 7–9 record for fourth place in the AFC North, earning just their first season without double digit losses since 2007.

Both teams last met at MetLife Stadium where the Jets won 24–13.
