NEW YORK (AP) Two points separate the Patriots and Packers in the AP Pro32 power rankings - for the second week in a row.

New England edged Green Bay for the top spot in the latest rankings, once again finishing two first-place votes and two points ahead in voting by the 12 media members who regularly cover the NFL.

The Patriots received seven first-place votes and 379 points; the Packers had five first-place votes and 377 points. The vote and point totals are the same as last week.

Tom Brady led New England to a 51-17 rout of the Jacksonville Jaguars, while Aaron Rodgers threw five TD passes in Green Bay's 38-28 win over the Kansas City Chiefs.

''Offense is clicking on all cylinders,'' NBC Sports' Tony Dungy says of the Patriots, his No. 1 choice.

Of the Packers, he added, ''Defense was impressive early vs Chiefs.''

The Denver Broncos are third with 351 points, making it the third straight week the Pats, Packers and Broncos are 1-2-3.

The Arizona Cardinals and Cincinnati Bengals tied for fourth with 344 points. The Atlanta Falcons are next, followed by the Carolina Panthers, giving the league's seven 3-0 teams the top seven spots in the power rankings.

The Seattle Seahawks, 1-2 after shutting out Chicago, are eighth. The bad news Bears - one of four winless teams - are 32nd and last.

''Defensive guru? John Fox's team is on pace to give up a league-record 560 points,'' Ira Kaufman of the Tampa Tribune said.

''No shot with (backup quarterback Jimmy) Clausen,'' added Fox Sports' John Czarnecki.

While New England has a bye this week, the Packers are at the 28th-ranked San Francisco 49ers.

''With two more home games and a road trip to San Francisco, the Packers should be sitting 6-0 when they head into their bye,'' Rick Gosselin of the Dallas Morning News said.

The Ravens (0-3) have been on a steady tumble. They were seventh in the preseason, then fell to 12th, 17th and now they're 22nd.

''The Ravens are the most penalized team in the NFL with 33 for 218 yards,'' noted Gosselin.

The Falcons, meanwhile, are climbing - from 23rd in the preseason to 18th, then 11th and now sixth.

''Dan Quinn not only doing the best job among his class of first-year head coaches, he's doing the best job of any coach.'' Bob Glauber of Newsday said.

And, adds Herm Edwards of ESPN, ''(Falcons receiver) Julio Jones is simply unstoppable right now.''
