The Giants beat the 49ers on Sunday night thanks to Larry Donnell’s impressive game-winning touchdown catch with 21 seconds left.

It appeared the Giants had lost the game when Eli Manning threw an interception with 41 seconds left, but the turnover was reversed after a replay review and Manning was able to finish the game-winning drive.

Manning threw a perfectly placed ball to Donnell, who was covered by two defenders, and the tight end was able to grip the ball with his fingertips as he fell to the ground. The play was ruled a touchdown on the field and confirmed on replay.

With the win, the Giants improved to 3–2 and took over sole possession of first place in the NFC East. San Franciso fell to 1–4, last place in the NFC West.
