The Philadelphia Eagles play host to the New York Giants on Monday night in the final game of what has been an exciting weekend of NFL action. The Detroit Lions picked up their first win of the season, while the Carolina Panthers, Cincinnati Bengals, Denver Broncos, Green Bay Packers, and New England Patriots all won to stay undefeated.

• Tennessee Titans quarterback Marcus Mariota will undergo an MRI on his injured left knee, Mike Florio of Pro Football Talk reports. Mariota sustained the injury on a low hit by Dolphins defensive end Olivier Vernon.

• Giants defensive end Jason Pierre-Paul will have his injured hand re-examined by team doctors on Tuesday, reports Ralph Vacchiano of the New York Daily News.

• Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisbergerplans to play next weekend against the Chiefs, Ron Cook of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reports. Roethlisberger has missed the past three games with a sprained left MCL.

Denver Broncos defensive end Shane Ray will miss four to six weeks with an MCL sprain, reports the NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport.

• Buffalo Bills wide receiver Sammy Watkins sustained a sprained right ankle in the team’s loss to the Bengals, ESPN's Mike Rodak reports. His status for next Sunday’s game against the Jacksonville Jaguars in London is in doubt.

• The Kansas City Chiefs announced that wide receiver Jeremy Maclin sustained a concussion in their loss to the Minnesota Vikings.

• Indianapolis Colts head coach Chuck Pagano took the blame for the disastrous fake punt that sealed a loss to the Patriots.

• Washington Redskins head coach Jay Gruden said that he’s standing behind quarterback Kirk Cousins, reports ESPN’s John Keim. Cousins threw two interceptions for the fourth time this season in a loss to the New York Jets.

• Steelers coach Mike Tomlin said that offensive tackle Kelvin Beachum sustained a torn ACL in Pittsburgh’s win over the Cardinals.
