Washington Redskins wide receiver DeSean Jackson (hamstring) is active for Sunday’s game against the New England Patriots, the team announced.

Jackson sustained a hamstring injury during Washington’s 17–10 loss to Miami in Week 1.

The 28-year-old missed the entire preseason with a separated shoulder, but missed only game last season.

In 2014, Jackson’s first season with the Redskins after six years with the Eagles, he caught 56 passes for 1,169 yards and six touchdowns. Washington averaged 4.7 yards per carry with Jackson in the team's starting lineup.

The Redskins are 3–4 on the season. Washington is coming off a 31–30 victory over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
