After Cowboys defensive end Greg Hardy was reportedly late to several team meetings, Dallas owner Jerry Jones met with Hardy to discuss his behavior, ESPN’s Jean-Jacques Taylor reports.

“The meeting, a week ago Thursday, focused on what Hardy can do personally to avoid creating negative issues for himself,” Taylor reports.

In recent weeks, Hardy has reportedly been late to numerous team meetings and completely missed others. NFL.com’s Ian Rapoport reported earlier Sunday that Hardy is beginning to lose support of the Dallas front office.

According to Taylor, Hardy’s tardiness began around the time Deadspin published photos of Hardy’s ex-girlfriend after she was allegedly beaten by Hardy.

Hardy was suspended four games for his arrest on domestic violence charges and has recorded 4.5 sacks this season, including a half sack in Sunday’s win over the Dolphins. He leads Dallas in sacks despite playing in only five games.
