Dolphins defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh praised new head coach Adam Gase, according to David J. Neal of the Miami Herald.

“I love coach Gase," Suh said. "In my short interactions with him, he’s a great coach. He’s very fiery and competitive. He was talking about my weight the other day and said, ‘I see you’re at only 17 percent bodyfat. I thought you’d be better than that.’ Things like that. Him being nagging, at the same time having fun with it.”

Suh finished his first season in Miami with 61 tackles, six sacks and five passes batted down.

Gase, 37, spent the beginning of his NFL career with the Detroit Lions before joining the San Francisco 49ers, Denver Broncos and most recently the Chicago Bears. He has worked with quarterbacks Peyton Manning and Jay Cutler but has never served as a head coach.
