NFL rumors: Latest off-season news on free agency, trades, more

OTAs have now kicked off for every team in the league, creating plenty of buzz as we approach the upcoming season. Most of the rosters are set, but there are still plenty of big-name free agents left on the open market.

• Pittsburgh Steelers running back Le’Veon Bell claims that the Cincinnati Bengals and other teams intentionally tried to injure him last season, reports ESPN's Jeremy Fowler.
• Bengals tight end Tyler Eifert will have surgery on his left ankle and will miss three months, reports the Cincinnati Enquirer's Jim Owczarski.

• Tennessee Titans guard Byron Bell will miss the entire 2016 season with an ankle injury, reports ESPN’s Adam Schefter.

• Florida State head coach Jimbo Fisher said it was “genius” for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers to trade up to draft former FSU kicker Roberto Aguayo, reports the Tampa Bay Times' Matt Baker.
