Broncos Lineman Had the Saddest Quote About Losing After Getting Blown Out By 50 Points

The Broncos were on the wrong side of a 70-20 blowout against the Dolphins in Week 3, and offensive lineman Garett Bolles couldn’t hide his frustrations after the game.

Speaking to reporters, Bolles sounded off on the franchise’s struggles during his tenure in Denver, and he didn’t sugarcoat a thing.

“Sh--,” said Bolles when asked about his emotions following the loss against Miami, via Scotty Gange of 9News. “Sh--. Tired of losing, man. I’ve been here for seven years and all I’ve done is lost. And it’s frustrating.”

The Broncos fell to 0-3 on the season following Sunday’s 50-point loss against the Dolphins, as the Sean Payton era is off to an ice-cold start.

Bolles has been with the team since he was drafted as the No. 20 pick in the first round in 2017. He’s featured in 84 games with the organization across seven seasons, but has never been to the playoffs. Bolles has had four coaches during that span.

Denver hasn’t made the playoffs since 2015, when Peyton Manning helped lead them to a Super Bowl. Since Bolles joined the team in 2017, however, they’ve not recorded a single winning season.

The Broncos are 35-66 during Bolles’s tenure, and they’re currently winless on the ‘23 season heading into a Week 4 matchup with the Bears.

Sunday’s loss against Miami was one of the most painful in franchise history, and Bolles didn’t disguise his emotions with words of confidence. The losses have seemingly begun to take a toll on the 31-year-old, who voiced his frustration over the franchise's lack of success.
