Is Nick Bosa's absence from Summer offseason programs concerning?

The San Francisco 49ers officially ended their offseason programs this week after the conclusion of OTAs and mandatory mini-camp. Many players were held out of these practices due to injuries sustained during or prior to them.
The biggest name being held out was none other than the 49ers first round pick Nick Bosa. Bosa missed all of the Summer offseason programs, but he is expected for training camp.
However, the fact he sustained an injured the first day of OTAs is at the very least a bit concerning. Now he has a shorter time frame to get up to speed for the start of the regular season. Does his injury day one of OTAs and absence from these programs draw any concern?
